Rotection Model Future 2 is a high-speed production line for 3-ply masks. The 3-ply mask production system offered here combines efficiency and safety features with a first-class Type II/IIR MNS mask optimized for high wearing comfort.
The mask consists of 3 layers of non-woven fabric:
- A spunbond outer layer

- A layer of meltblown
- A spunbond inner layer

- Elastic ear band

These product features are realized, among other things, thanks to the use of precise welding rollers, a modern and intuitive HMI with touchscreen function for simple and clear operation, and web guiding. Intelligent sensors ensure that material levels are recognized and the auto splice function can be implemented autonomously.
