Used Rheon VX 202 stress-free divider
Rheon VX is a series of stress-free dividers that can divide most doughs - even very moist ones. From rye bread in a baking tray to Italian flat bread ciabatta.
The most important advantages of the device:
- The machine divides the dough not by volume, but by weight - hence the accuracy of the mass of each product,
- In the process of dividing the dough, the machine does not exert pressure on the dough itself, but on the contrary, it continues to knead the dough inside the machine - therefore, the gluten of the dough is not destroyed, but remains "alive" - therefore no chemical food additives are required,
- The machine is extremely compact and quiet - hence the free space in production and quiet operation when cutting the dough,
- In terms of reliability, our machines take first place among such machines - therefore the long service life of the machine (production life is 25 years),
- The machine is equipped with the "Touch Screen" Control Panel,
